I would like to make contact with Ed Miller in reference to his father Wayne Miller. I believe that I have a book that his father signed and I would like for him to have it.

Served on the Conway 64-67, I was an FT in Fox Division. The wespac cruise in 66 was undoubtely the most unique experience in my life, I'll never forget my shipmates and all the great times we had together. I am honered to have had the pleasure of serving on a great ship with a great bunch of guys.

I am looking for anyone who knew my father in law John D Farley Jr. He was on the USS Conway sometime between '42-'46 I believe. He would never tell us about his time serving our country. Just found out he received a Silver Star. Trying to find out how.

My father was Ernest Alton Stevens and he was only in the Navy from July, 1942 until December of 1942. I have just learned that the USS Conway was his ship and am very anxious to find out everything I can about his short time in the Navy and what might have transpired while he was there. He never discussed it with us and passed away in 2000, so this would be my only source. Thanks!!!
